The trail is the perfect way to experience the incredible work being down all along The Bellarine, combining 33 venues and over 75 different artists, meet, greet and even pick up a piece or two for the collection. Local legend Soula Mantalvanos is even throwing open her studio doors for a unique insight into the artist's practice.

Toast to the Coast is our pre-eminent food, wine and music festival. 33 of the region's finest wineries throw open their doors with special tastings, unique offerings and entertainment; meander through the vineyards, enjoy a delicious lunch and be entertained by the best local musicians.

Golden Plains Farmers Market has rolled around again, and is perfectly timed for the long weekend. One of the region's favourite markets, with local providers, growers, makers and entertainers too.

The Central Geelong Shopping Festival and Sidewalk Series is an annual event that brings together over 200 businesses for a super-sized day of street shopping, entertainment and bargains. The streets will be pumping and the shopping bags will be bulging.

Melbourne Cup Day at Oakdene is your best bet for enjoying the glamour of the races, without all the bother of actually going. Roaming canapes on Oakdene Gardens, plus their signature cup day dishes and drinks. Grab your frocks and fascinators and dress up for a big day at Oakdene.
